Dallas Home Inspections

Nolan E. Kienitz, PMP

The home inspection is considered to be one of the foundations in the process of selecting the right home.  A thorough and unbiased examination of the home by a licensed, professional home inspector furnishes the buyer or seller with a valuable tool to use in the selection process. The home inspection report that I furnish shines a light on areas of concern discovered in the inspection, and provides more insight on structural and mechanical issues that may not have been obvious prior to the inspection.

The written home inspection report that I render is this tool.  You can take a look at a recent inspection report by clicking on:  Sample Report   The goal of a person considering making an important decision is to go into it feeling informed. My report is comprehensive and details any areas of concern that I observe on the day of the home inspection. I am a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and am able to utilize the ASHI Standards of Practice as well as the TREC Standards of Practice providing you a complete and professional home inspector experience and inspection. Collecting, compiling and putting the data into an understandable package for you to use is my deliverable for your exclusive and non-transferable use.

My home inspections are viewed with you in mind and imagine you and your family living in the property. The home inspection report is treated as a fundamental education on the current condition of the property. This report (or tool) is clearly written, understandable and can be used by you, your handyman, trades professional or builder's superintendent for working with items that may have to be addressed for change or repair.

All home inspections performed in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission's (TREC) and the American Society of Home Inspector's (ASHI) Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics.
